REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

This comprises of the list of requirements to secure admission into The Virtue College.

Entrance into the school is for both Junior Secondary School and Senior Secondary School. However, to enroll your child into the school, you are required to purchase THE VIRTUE COLLEGE ENTRANCE FORM from the School website and print out a copy. Submit your duly completed application form with the following documents to the administrative office:

  1. Two photocopies of the admission form and the original printed from the website
  2. Two recent Passport Photographs (not more than 6 months old)
  3. Photocopy of Last school result
  4. Photocopy of testimonial from the primary school attended
  5. Photocopy of Candidate’s Birth Certificate
  6. Medical Fitness form
  7. Letter of undertaking by parent/guardian that the child/ward will be of good conduct throughout his/her stay in the convent.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

Candidates who have been cleared by the admission office normally sit for an entrance examination organized by the School’s Academic Department.
Transfer candidates will also write the entrance examination provided by the school admission department. For all candidates, the final offer of admission is based on the performance at the entrance examination and reports from previous school.

ENTRY CONFIRMATION

Successful candidates will be informed either by SMS, email or phone call. Provisional letter of admission is issued for collection. Acceptance letter signed and returned with all required payment. Payments are made from the online portal. Accounts department receives the online receipt and issues a permanent one. The receipt is very important, therefore keep it safe. Student meets with the head school and is allocated to the appropriate class.
